Whitefriars Textured Mallet Vases Pattern No 9818.

These were designed by Geoffrey Baxter and produced from 1972-74 only.

Also known as long neck bottle vases.

Here i have a set of six the colours are from left to right.

All are 7" in height approx with flat polished base.

Lilac 1974 only

Sage 1974 only

Kingfisher 1972-74

Tangerine 1972-74

Ruby also 1972-74

Aubergine 1972 only.

These are wonderful pieces and one of the better range of textured vases that Geoffrey Baxter designed in my view these have come into ther own over the last year or so and are highly sought after this set is on sale at a bargain price of £825 Plus £30.00 postal cost which maybe negotiable depending on how they are delivered.

Whitefriars Wave Ribbed Tumbler Vase Golden Amber.

Designed by Marriot Powel Pattern No 8473.

Six ribbed curtains in the interior of the vase which can be felt.

Also seen here in the photo see how ther drap down lovely.

Ground out polished pontil to the base slight wear to so age 70 years.

Nice condition no chips cracks or staining must have piece.

Height is approx 6" Rim 4" Base 3" weight is 473g.

Produced from 1931-69 this one is golden amber 1940.

Whitefriars Wave Ribbed Footed Vases Pattern No 9358.

Designed by William Wilson produced around 1954.

Six waved sections to the intrerior of the vase.

Height is approx 5.5"Width 4.25 at the rim foot is 2.6" with a ground out polished pontil.

Colours from left to right are

Twilight/Golden Amber/Sea Green/Sapphire Blue/Ruby.

All are in great condition with no chips cracks or staining.

Whitefriars Ruby flanged Vases Set Pattern no 9420

This set of vases are from my own collection and were only produced in this Radiant Ruby.

Produced in 1957-64 with clear crystal crimped flanges to the sides.

Also internal vertical ribbing which can be felt and seen.

There are three sizes starting with the largest from left to right.

Height is 7.25" Width is 4.25" Weight is 420g

Height is 6.25" Width is 3.5" Weight is 260g

Height is 4.25" Width is 2.75" Weight is 160g

All have ground out polished pontils with minium wear to the bases to show some age these are now 53 years old and still in great condition no chips cracks or staining.
